Teaching assessment and video demo
If invited after human review, complete the teaching scenarios and video demo in your authenticated assessment link.
Live interview and device check, if needed
A manager may invite you to a live interview and device check when more information is needed.
Final decision and written offer
A person makes the final decision. Selected applicants receive a written offer.

A manager may request a live conversation and device check when it helps clarify teaching readiness or the planned lesson setup.

If you are selected, review the written offer carefully before taking the next step.

When will I hear about a result?
Reviews usually begin within 7 days. During busy periods, review can take up to 30 days. XD English does not promise individual contact or a result notice.
Will I need to provide more materials?
Further materials are requested only when needed in review. Passport, tax, criminal-record, and payout-account documents are not part of the initial application.
When is compensation confirmed?
Final compensation and available payout methods are confirmed in the written offer after qualification and location review.
