What to prepare for your application

Start with the information requested in the application. Further materials are requested only when needed in the review process.

A degree, TESOL/TEFL certificate, and prior teaching experience are not entry requirements. We review teaching readiness, communication, reliability, availability, and current learner demand together.

When documents are requested

A CV or resume is required to submit the initial application. Degree and teaching-certificate information is optional self-reporting; evidence is requested only when a manager needs it in review.

What happens after you apply

A manager reviews each application. If invited, you complete teaching scenarios and a video demo; a live interview and device check may follow when needed. A person makes the final decision and selected applicants receive a written offer.

  3. Teaching assessment and video demo

    If invited after human review, complete the teaching scenarios and video demo in your authenticated assessment link.

  4. Live interview and device check, if needed

    A manager may invite you to a live interview and device check when more information is needed.

  5. Final decision and written offer

    A person makes the final decision. Selected applicants receive a written offer.
