Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree
A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Education, English, or TESOL degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
Native or Near-Native English
You must have native or near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation and excellent communication skills.
Legal Work Authorization
You must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Experience & Certifications
While experience is valued, we welcome enthusiastic first-time teachers who are eager to learn.
- •TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
- •TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
- •CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
- •Any equivalent ESL/EFL teaching certification
- •Online teaching or tutoring experience
- •Teaching Korean or Asian students
- •Working with young learners (ages 4-12)
- •Adult conversation classes
- •Classroom or private tutoring experience
